Compact acoustic 4-string bass guitar with a short-scale neck and OM-style body. A laminated spruce top lets through the brightness of the strings to match the full-bodied sound of the laminated mahogany back and sides. Equipped with a 3-band active EQ which has a built-in tuner, the BOM-40 offers a convenient package for unplugged performances, practice and even as a travel companion, thanks to its diminutive size. Nevertheless, the BOM-40 gives pro-level playability and sound quality for the experienced player and is an excellent addition to any bass player’s collection.
