The Small Print

  1. All goods supplied are as specified by the customer at the time of purchase.
  2. All orders carry a 12 month warranty from despatch date. This warranty cannot be transferred to a new owner
    of the product.

    1. Any items that become defective due to a manufacturing fault within 30 days of purchase, Sound Dynamics may send out a replacement, without needing the item back for inspection and test. The customer must inform Sound Dynamics within this time frame. Sound Dynamics will use their experience and knowledge to make final decision on what constitutes a manufacturer’s fault.
    2. Sound Dynamics reserves the right to require any items back for inspection and test before issuing any form of replacement, even if it is within 30 days of purchase.
    3. Any items that become defective due to manufacturing fault over 30 days of purchase, will need to be returned to Sound Dynamics before any action can be taken under the warranty. The cost to return defective items to Sound Dynamics is something that the customer will pay for, even if the item is still under warranty.
  3. Some returned products under warranty may be sent to the product manufacturer for inspection/repair, which the customer may be liable for any inspection or carriage costs incurred.
  4. Warranty does not cover misuse, neglect, wear and tear or consumable items such as batteries and cables. Batteries in battery powered speakers/PA Systems have a 3 month warranty, separate to the warranty on the system itself.
  5. Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer an exchange or refund on any headsets/microphone windshields
    once they have been used.
  6. Carriage charges to or from our repair centres must be paid for by the customer.
  7. Sound Dynamics offer a 30 day money back guarantee:
    1. Items returned for refund/credit must be shipped, complete with all documentation and in original
      packaging within 30 days of receipt.
    2. Goods must be accompanied by a Return Authorisation (R.A) number which you can get by emailing
      support@sound-dynamics.co.uk
    3. Sound Dynamics Ltd reserve the right to refuse any parcels returned for credit that are received
      with inadequate packaging.
    4. Returned goods that arrive damaged or incomplete will not be credited.
  8. Sound Dynamics will not be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
  9. Account customers are bound to our settlement terms of 30 days from invoice date. Sound Dynamics may levy a
    surcharge if these credit terms are exceeded and the credit facility may be withdrawn.
  10. Goods remain the property of Sound Dynamics Ltd until paid for in full.
  11. Sound Dynamics Ltd endeavour to meet delivery dates but will not be held liable for financial loss should
    delays occur.
  12. Sound Dynamics Ltd reserve the right to alter any technical specifications or prices on the website without
    prior notice.
  13. Any shortages or damages MUST be reported to Sound Dynamics Ltd within 48 hours of receiving your goods.
    Sound Dynamics will not be responsible for shortages or damages reported after this time.
  14. Free delivery applies on all online orders going to UK Mainland, with upfront payment made by card, Paypal
    or cheque. A delivery charge will apply to Account customers that submit purchase order forms for a 30 day
    account.
  15. In the case of Goods being delivered elsewhere other than in the mainland of the United Kingdom, the Seller will deliver in accordance with the Buyers instructions and at its expense. The Buyer will pay all charges including cost of insurance of the Goods in transit, shipping, storage, freight and handling charges, local taxes, custom duties and insurance, unless otherwise stated by the Seller. If the Seller enters into any contract of carriage or insurance, it does so as the Buyer’s agent and at the Buyer’s expense. The Buyer’s order shall be deemed to include an irrevocable authority for the Seller to enter into any such contract of carriage or insurance as may be necessary and the Buyer will forthwith reimburse the Seller in respect of any and all expenses and charges thereby incurred. The Seller reserves the right to request such delivery costs in advance of any delivery.
  16. The Customer may be contacted with a review request after purchasing a product/s. This is purely for market research and feedback purposes. The Customer can consent to receive this invitation to review their order on the store checkout page. Sound Dynamics Ltd reserve the right to monitor the user-generated reviews and content shared on our website and remove anything that goes against our guidelines. We ask the ask Customer not to post anything that contains obscene language or any material that could be considered harmful or violent or infringes on someone else’s copyright. Sound Dynamics Ltd reserve the right to suspend or delete the accounts of repeat infringers. This will help make our website a safe space where Customers can feel comfortable sharing their opinions. Sound Dynamics Ltd reserve the right to use the submitted content for marketing purposes in the future.
