SOUND DYNAMICS LTD Trading Terms and Conditions

All goods supplied are as specified by the customer at time of purchase.
All orders carry a 12 month warranty from despatch date.
Warrantees are specific to the original purchaser and are not transferable.
Some products returned under warranty may be forwarded to the relevant manufacturer.
Warranty does not cover misuse, neglect, wear and tear or consumable items.
Carriage charges to or from our repair centres must be borne by the customer.
Items returned for credit must be shipped post paid, complete, with all documentation
and in original packaging within 7 days of receipt and will incur a re-stocking fee.
Goods must be accompanied by a RETURN AUTHORISATION ( R.A ) number which
may be obtained by telephoning 01773 828486. Sound Dynamics Ltd. reserve the right
to refuse any parcels returned for credit that are received with inadequate packaging.
Returned goods that are damaged or incomplete will not be credited.
Sound Dynamics will not be held responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit.
Account customers are bound to our settlement terms of 30 days from invoice date.
Sound Dynamics may levy a surcharge if these credit terms are exceeded and the credit
facility may be withdrawn.
Title of goods remain with Sound Dynamics until paid for in full.
Sound Dynamics endeavor to meet delivery dates but will not be held liable
for financial loss should supply delays occur..
Sound Dynamics reserve the right to alter any technical specifications or prices
on this web site without prior notice.
